We treat delivery dates as commitments, not estimates. Here's exactly how our process works so you always know what to expect.

1. Standard Turnaround

Most custom orders ship within 8–12 business days after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. The exact timeline depends on the box style, finishing options (foiling, embossing, lamination), and order quantity.

2. Rush Orders

Need it faster? We offer a rush production option that brings turnaround down to 4–6 business days, subject to material availability. Contact our team before placing the order to confirm and lock in rush production.

3. Artwork Approval Window

The production clock starts only after you approve the digital proof in writing. Quick approvals translate to quicker delivery — we recommend reviewing proofs within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Tracking & Updates

You'll receive email notifications at every milestone — order confirmation, proof ready, production started, shipped. A tracking number is provided as soon as the carrier scans your package.

5. Delays

Although rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or material shortages. We notify you immediately and provide a revised ETA. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers once a package leaves our facility.

6. International Delivery

We primarily serve U.S. and U.K. customers, and ship internationally on request. For international shipments, additional duties and customs fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.
