Custom Kraft Carrier Boxes
We build kraft carrier boxes for real-world use — food, drinks, gifts, and everything in between. Made from strong kraft, buxboard, or thick cardboard, each carrier holds firm without bending or tearing. No plastic, no fake shine — just honest paper stock that folds right, carries weight, and tells your brand story the natural way.

Why Kraft Just Works Better
You can tell the difference the moment you touch it.
Plastic feels slick, kind of cold. Kraft’s got grip. It bends but doesn’t cave, breathes a little, and somehow still feels solid.
That’s the thing — it behaves like a real material, not something pretending to be strong.
Most of our café and bakery clients figured that out early. They stick with paper carriers because they trust them — simple as that.
How Most Carriers Fail (and Ours Don’t)
We’ve seen plenty of boxes collapse halfway to the car.
It’s never the base that gives out — it’s the handle.
Thin stock, bad folds, and weak locks cause those accidents.
So we reinforce every joint and crease by design, not by luck.
Our handles lock into the box wall instead of gluing on top.
It’s simple engineering, but it’s what keeps your customer’s lunch or latte upright.
The Materials That Make It Work
We only use three materials — all paper-based and recyclable:
- Kraft Board → Natural brown, textured, built for food and retail carriers. Breathable, grease-resistant when coated, fully compostable.
- Buxboard → Slightly thicker, with extra stiffness for heavier loads like jars, candles, or two-drink trays.
- Cardboard (SBS) → White-surfaced stock that prints cleanly for brand graphics but still has kraft inside for strength.
Every batch is checked for grain direction, thickness, and fold behavior.
We don’t laminate or coat with plastic — instead, we use food-safe water-based coatings if protection’s needed.
Design That Balances Grip and Weight
The handle isn’t just a cut-out; it’s the box’s backbone.
We cut, fold, and interlock it so weight spreads through the body, not one weak point.
If it’s a two-cup carrier, the divider is folded from the same sheet — no separate inserts that wiggle loose.
Larger carriers get internal braces made from leftover kraft offcuts — no waste, full support.
It’s the kind of build that looks simple until you actually carry something in it.
Finishes That Match the Material, Not Fight It
Kraft looks best when left natural.
We print with soy-based inks that sink softly into the fibers, keeping the texture visible.
Matte coatings add protection without killing the paper’s look.
For high-end brands, we use embossing or small foil touches — never plastic film.
Your logo stays clean, tactile, and believable, even after a long delivery.
Real Testing, Not Just Talk
Before approving a dieline, we fill it, lift it, and shake it — seriously.
We load boxes with jars, drinks, or pastries until the handles tell us how much they can take.
If a corner bends or the lock feels loose, we fix it before it ever hits print.
That’s why none of our carriers “sound hollow” when you pick them up. They feel tight and balanced.
Where They’re Used Every Day
- Cafés & Bakeries: Muffin boxes, two-cup carriers, sandwich packs.
- Gift Shops: Candle sets, jars, small bundles with tissue or paper filler.
- Event & Promo Brands: Giveaways that look neat and easy to carry around.
Every industry uses them differently, but the feedback’s the same — they don’t give out halfway to the car.
Built for Reuse
People rarely throw kraft away after one use.
Most keep it for small storage, gifting, or just because it feels too nice to toss.
That’s free brand visibility — your logo sitting on a shelf long after the purchase.
How We Work With You
- You share what needs to go inside — food, bottles, gifts, anything.
- We build a prototype with the right stock and handle design.
- You load and test it yourself.
- Once it feels right, we print, fold, and deliver flat-packed for easy storage.
One consultant handles everything, from dieline tweaks to print proofing, so nothing slips through the cracks.
