1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through hellocustomboxes.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Orders & Pricing
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices listed are in USD and may be revised due to material costs, custom specifications, or order volume. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains incorrect pricing or specifications.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Custom quantities and finishes may carry minimum order requirements.
- Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address where applicable.
3. Artwork & Approvals
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that complies with our specifications. We provide a digital proof prior to production. Once approved in writing or via the Site, the order moves into production and changes may not be possible. Hello Custom Boxes is not responsible for typographical errors, color variations, or design mistakes present in approved artwork.
4. Production & Turnaround
Standard turnaround time begins after final artwork approval and cleared payment. Estimated production windows are communicated at the time of order. Delays caused by force majeure events, supplier disruptions, or carrier issues are outside our direct control, but we will keep you informed throughout.
5. Payments
We accept major credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers for larger orders. Custom orders typically require full payment upfront. Wholesale or recurring accounts may be eligible for net terms after credit verification.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified before artwork approval. After approval, cancellation may not be possible because materials and tooling may already be allocated. Please refer to our Refund & Returns page for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Custom Boxes' total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including logos, photography, copy, and templates — is the property of Hello Custom Boxes and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of artwork you submit, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
